Cakes being enjoyed by friends, family, old or young encouraged us to try out new recipes. After leaving my job of 25 years and now being at home is an added advantage. Trying out and experimenting new ideas is something I enjoy!! Soon I found out that cream cakes though tasty was not a very healthy option.
