Cakes and Muffins Galore!

The 10th of November 2012 was a day to remember in the diary of Buzybee! It was cakes and muffins galore as we put up a stall at our apartment - Chocolate Walnut, Choco Nut, Lemon Bomb, Tutti Fruity, Banana Muffins, Red Velvet Muffins (these were the first to be sold out!) to name a few. It was a bakers delight to have young and old come back for seconds. 

It sure was a sweet encouragement for Buzybee!

"My Happy Birthday is coming!"

You know how long Joyce has been saying that to us now? Three months at least! The soon-to-be four year old was really excited about her birthday this year and demanded a birthday party, happily inviting people around her, surprising her parents.

Well, I happened to be one of them and decided I'd make her a cake! (Joyce seemed to be very happy with this decision)... The taste of pineapple in a colorful array... Simple and delicious! :)

And here it is, Buzybee's Rainbow cake! Something we thought would attract Joyce's four year old attention and taste buds (as well as all the other kids)

A Wedding Surprise! - It sure was a Nutty Delight

So my niece decided she wanted a wedding cake customized and baked from the heart! And so Buzybee did exactly that... A Nutty Delight... The goodness of powdered nuts and a marzipan topping to add to the richness and elegance of the cake!

Here's to memories that last forever and cakes that vanish the moment they're cut!...
